BFBC2 has officially been released globally and the huge influx of extra players all asking for server list refreshes is causing their systems to essentially buckle, further compounding all the existing problems. They're still working on a fix to the capacity issues.

Server version R4 was released this morning by DICE to fix a single problem: The server kicking certain clients when they connect.
Ray Finkle was having this problem. More patches coming soon
